| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can choose to pay for your purchase using either Paypal or Secpay payment gateways. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We will endevour to post your order immedaitley on orders placed before 3.00pm, all other order will be shipped next day as long as your item is in stock. Purchases made on saturdays, sundays and bank holidays will be shipped the next available working day. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to ship your order right away if its currently stock. We would normally expect you to recieve your order to you within 2-3 business days . International orders are generally received in approximatly 5 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges As we are based in the Channel Islands individual orders placed from the UK of under £18.00 are currently VAT free. Orders over £18.00 may be liable to pay 17.5% VAT. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will be directed to Secpay or Paypal where credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Goods that are returned to us for whatever reason must be in a good resalable condition, with sealed packages remaind unopened. When the goods are recieved by us and deemed to be in a good condition your purchase will be refunded. |
